Shipping policy
At Gebo USA, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policies:
Processing Time for In-Stock Items
- Orders for items that are in stock at our U.S. facility are typically processed and shipped within one business day, provided that the order is received before 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed within two business days.
Factory-Direct Items from the Netherlands
- Some items are shipped directly from our factory in the Netherlands. These orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipment, depending on your location and shipping method.
- Please note that shipping times may be impacted by public holidays and vacation schedules in the Netherlands, which differ from those in the U.S. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any expected delays as they arise.
Overnight and Air Shipping
- Overnight and Air Shipping Options are only available for certain items, and will be selectable on checkout (if available). Normal processing times as specified above still apply.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of the item's weight and value. For higher-value orders, we may apply additional insurance to ensure your products are protected in transit. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Tracking and Communication
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives. Tracking information may be delayed on factory direct orders.
